Job Description:
To support the growth of our business, we are now hiring a Digital Marketing Manager which you will be responsible for online and offline marketing strategy planning and execution. Understand our target audiences’ needs, market landscape and also our competitors, you will be providing the best online and offline strategy plan to our management team. You will be hands-on applying tools including Google search, Facebook Ad, etc.
Your major task will be plan and drive effective growth marketing plans for the client acquisition, activation and retention by performance-driven and data-driven marketing activities (e.g., SEM, SEO, paid advertisement, etc.), bringing traffic and generating organic leads. To perform growth hacking of customer acquisition of in house FinTech B2C product
Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, communications, or a related field

2-5 years of experience in marketing

Strong knowledge of various marketing and analytics tools such as Google Analytics

Excellent analytical skills and a knack for data analysis

Knowledge of financial market B2C product is an advantage

Skilled in writing and editing content with an attention to detail.

Strong prioritization, organization, and project management skills

Team player and can also work independently

Willingness to learn and to understand the company's business model.

Good command in English (both written and spoken) Cantonese and Mandarin

Proficiency in MS Office including Word, Excel & PowerPoint
